At Vaibhav wedding collection, we take great care in delivering your wedding outfits on time & in perfect condition. Moving further, our shipping policy is also there for our customers to stay assured as they will be having a smooth & hassle-free experience throughout their purchase.

1. Processing Time

  • All orders can be processed efficiently within 15 business days from the date of your purchase.
  • Moreover, we also have special shipping processes that can be delivered at lightening speed. Such orders will be prioritized with accordingly charges applicable.
  • Custom-made or personalized outfits on your order may take 15-20 business days, solely depending on the complexity of the design.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 15 business days after dispatch.
  • Express Shipping: Delivery within a couple of business days after dispatch (additional charges apply).
  • International Shipping: Delivery within 10-20 business days, depending on the destination country.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Orders: Free shipping on orders above ₹[X]. A flat shipping fee of ₹[X] applies to orders below this amount.
  • International Orders: Shipping charges vary based on the destination and weight of the package. The final cost will be calculated at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number soon enough through email and SMS.
  • And through that code, you will be able to track your order on our website under the Track Order section.

5. Shipping Delays

  • While we keep striving to ensure timely deliveries, there definitely can be some unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays, which can impact the status of the delivery timeline.
  • So, in such cases of delays, our customer support team will be there to provide needed assistance by notifying you via email or call.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If in some unforeseen circumstances, your package arrives at your doorstep partially damaged or there are some items that are missing from it, then please make sure that you contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery and seek assistance from them with pictures of the package.
  • Once the complaint has been received, we will investigate the issue and offer a resolution as per our policy, as soon as possible.
